We faced a big task: shifting from old-fashioned, paper-based methods to a smart, digital approach. This was like moving from manual record-keeping to an automated, online system. The challenge was not just in implementing new technology but in tailoring it to the unique needs of kitchen showrooms.

Before diving into development, we spent three weeks thoroughly understanding the kitchen cabinet industry. We used strategic frameworks like BRIDGeS and the Value Proposition Canvas to grasp the core challenges and opportunities. This groundwork was crucial for creating a focused plan for the KBB Suite.
